Ingredients

A tomato 1 large or 2 small
Cucumber 1 piece,
Bulgarian pepper 1 piece,
Bread 2 slices of white loaf,
Garlic 1 medium wedge
Onion ¼ small onion
Filtered or boiled chilled water 130 ml,
Any wine 1 tablespoon,
Sugar ¼ teaspoon,
Salt taste,
Olive little 1 teaspoon.

Cooking method

  • Cut the tomatoes crosswise on top and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then put it under cold water. After that, remove the skin from them. It can be removed very easily. Dice the tomato, cucumber, ½ bell pepper and 1 slice of bread. Put in a soup cooker. Add water, wine, garlic, sugar and salt. Start program P4 (blender) 2 times.
  • Pour the resulting composition into a deep plate, add olive oil to it and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to cool and infuse.
  • During this time, prepare croutons. Cut the second slice of the loaf into small cubes and microwave at 1100 W for 2.5 minutes.
  • Then dice the remaining bell pepper and onion. Take out a plate of Gazpacho from the refrigerator and put these vegetables and crackers on top.
  • Delicious.

Note
