Green cocktail Mediterranean soup

Ingredients

spinach 2 bundles
celery (stem) 1 PC
red bell pepper 1 PC
avocado 1 PC
cucumber 1 PC
lime (juice) 1 PC
thyme (herbs) 2 twigs
coriander (greens) 2 twigs
water 500 ml
salt
pepper

Cooking method

  • Wash, peel vegetables and herbs.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender, add water and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses, add salt and pepper, and sprinkle with seaweed on top.

firstly: if you pursue the goal of exclusively color, then, of course, you can take yellow pepper and add an additional bunch of spinach (it gives a rich green color), then the color of the cocktail will be more green. For me, in this case, the color is not important, so the pepper is red
secondly: avocado does not add fat content, it adds "smoothness".
third: when it stands, the taste does not spoil. It can be stored safely in the refrigerator for 24 hours. I usually can't store it, since we drink at once for two with my husband, instead of one meal.
