Cooking method

  • In the bowl of the blender chopper, prepare the minced meat. Minced meat can be cooked to your liking. I took for minced meat: pork, onions, carrots, bell peppers, parsley, an egg, couscous, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, spices.
  • This dish requires very small eggplants. With a "heartbreaker" for the apple, very carefully take out the middle of the eggplant (the pulp can be chopped and put into the minced meat). The main thing is not to damage the skin of the eggplant, so we are in no hurry (if the skin is damaged, the liquid will flow out onto the work surface during baking and burn).
  • Rub the eggplants from the inside with salt and pepper. We stuff the eggplants very tightly with minced meat (you can do this using a culinary bag). Wipe with a paper towel.
  • We put a teflon sheet on the cold work surface of the pizza maker. Put the eggplants on the sheet, cover them with a second teflon sheet.
  • We bake for about 20 minutes (a little more).
  • Serve with sour cream sauce.

I pour the sauce (sour cream + mayonnaise + ketchup + carrots, onions, eggplant pulp, bell pepper + a little water + spices), finely-finely-finely crushed in a chopper, put it for about 40 minutes. I also stuff the peppers, only the time is longer - about an hour, sometimes more.
