Wheat-rice bread with poppy seeds

Ingredients

Sourdough (I have this: 400 g
Water 200 ml
Wheat flour 1 grade 250 g
Rice flour 80 g
Olive oil 2-3 st. l.
Poppy 2 tsp
Sugar 1.3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.3 tsp
Sesame seed 2 tsp
Flax-seed 1 tsp
Alcohol (any, I have - Riga Balsam) 1 tsp
You can add milk powder (I didn't have it) 3.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Load everything into a bread maker, knead, proof - 2.5-4 hours.
  • If you bake in the oven, it is better to have a little less temperature than usual and take longer to bake.

The dish is designed for

about 1 kg

Time for preparing:

4.5 - 5 hours

Cooking program:

Elektroluxe - 3rd.

I also made this bread with basil instead of poppy seeds, which is also good.

I barely had time to take a picture, my husband grabbed a hump and ate it. For the same reason, I cut it hot. Never mind, last time this bread did not live up to photography at all.
