Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Since I started making butter, I have buttermilk in my fridge all the time. Already I add it to pancakes and pancakes, but it still remains. And then I decided to make some baked goods for the children, googled and found a good cake recipe. I reduced something, added something on the contrary, and this cupcake turned out. I have baked it 4 times in a week, the children are not tired of it yet. Every morning they come to the kitchen and ask - Will there be a cupcake?
  • I do everything in Kenwood with a K-nozzle.
  • Grind butter with sugar, add 3 eggs one by one. Sift the flour with baking powder and salt and add to the egg-oil mixture. And immediately pour the buttermilk. Beat again quickly, pour into a greased form and send to the oven at 170 degrees (I bake on convection 160) for about an hour. It all depends on the oven and the height of the mold. I check it with a wooden skewer, like dry, - turn it off. Well, it turns out very tasty!

Tatyana, I bought cream from a private owner. Not store-bought. For me, the process is not laborious, Kenwood does everything))
