Corn-Wheat Biscotti

Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 150 grams
finely ground corn flour 150 grams
butter (I have a spread) 90 grams
sugar 60 grams
egg SB 2 pieces
vanilla taste
baking powder 1/2 tsp
dried pear 75 gram
any nuts (I have walnuts) 75 gram
salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pears, if firm, pour boiling water over and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and cut not very finely.
  • Break the nuts into parts, if the nuts are large, then into 8 parts.
  • Mix flour with baking powder.
  • Beat butter (spread) with sugar and salt until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Add vanilla, flour and pears with nuts.
  • Knead the dough. It is enough to collect it only in a ball.
  • Corn-Wheat Biscotti The dough is soft, does not stick.
  • Lightly sprinkle the table with flour.
  • Roll a sausage 7-8 centimeters in diameter.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We focus on a dry splinter and our oven.
  • Take it out, let it cool until warm.
