In short, I almost sold the stove out of anger, but .... Thanks to the girls from the forum, they told me not to suffer, but just make pizza on parchment or foil and put it on the stone with it. The problem is gone, the quality of the pizza is great. And most importantly, it is very convenient, you can immediately roll out all the cakes at the same time, smear and evenly distribute the filling between all the cakes, and then only every 4 minutes take off the finished bag of a new blooper.

my dough is also wet, I like it, such a dough makes an excellent pizza, even the edges are tasty, soft, though fried.
I put baking paper on the ikeevsky baking sheet, lightly floured, on which I spread the dough with my hands and put the filling, the dough on the paper from the baking sheet easily slides onto the stone. I tried to do this with a thin kitchen plate, generously sprinkled with flour, throw off the dough, but in no way, barely - barely, already a crooked pizza, burned, threw it on a stone with a spatula and vowed to do it again without paper.

I made pizza in a wonderful frying pan, it turns out wet, there is no such crust. The temperature according to the passport is stated to be 240C. This is clearly not enough for pizza, although enough for pies. And it bakes longer.

I want pizza in 5-10 minutes !!!

The mesh does not burn, but the pizza is baked not for 3-4 minutes, but for 7-8 minutes, all the first and strongest heat from the stone goes to heating the mesh, the pizza tastes differently, and the crust is oaky, and the bottom is not as brown as if on a stone with parchment. I didn’t like it, I’ll bake it on paper, and it’s faster and tastier and more aromatic.
