Took half of the recipe, diluting the liquid with water:
Warm milk + water 1: 1 250ml + 250ml
Flour 1 tbsp. (156 gr.)
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Refined oil 50 ml

Only at the last moment I replaced the milk with sour cream, which was approaching the end of its shelf life. I mixed with a blender for cocktails (everything as Zhivchik prescribed) eggs, sour cream, water; added flour, salt, sugar - checked the consistency. I decided that liquid sour cream looks exactly like this, put butter into the dough, let the dough stand for an hour (according to Elena Bo's comment) and began to bake.
In this form, my hands did not allow me to turn the pancake over normally neither the first nor the second time, therefore I added 1 tbsp. l. starch. And everything went like clockwork) As a result, I got 11 pancakes with a diameter of 24 cm of a pleasant moderately sweet and sour taste without holes, just like we love stuffing with cottage cheese and raisins.
