I think there are several good points here - firstly, the oil in the dough itself. Now it can be easily removed on any tefal without oil, but earlier it was necessary either to add oil to the frying pan, or pour it directly into the dough. The oil in the skillet tastes like fat, and in the dough it tastes soft.
If you do not put sugar in the dough, it will not be tasty, if you overdo it with sugar, the pancakes will quickly burn with a dark brown tint.
And in this recipe everything is exactly as it should be for the perfect pancake in my understanding.
I usually bake in two pans .. Here Assy wrote that it happened to bake in four too .. This is strong!
