The dispenser will work if you select a program and the Baking with filling mode in it. For example, we chose Main (it turns on by default) and there move the arrow until you reach the picture of a loaf with raisins (it will blink).

I have 2501 creaks, I wrote in the topic about a creak about it. I decided to unsubscribe here about my experience and results. Maybe someone will come in handy.
In my case, the service confirmed the problem - they issued an act of inability to use it for its intended purpose.The master, right in the bucket of the bread machine, put a note stating that there is an agreement with the store to replace or return, and that there is no need to repair, an act is needed that there is an extraneous sound. I will return to the store. I will write right away that the store chose no less carefully than the bread maker itself, so that there would be no problems later if something happened.
15 days have already passed, but I am calm, because in the store itself (more precisely on the forum with them) where I bought it was explained to me that the bread maker is not included in the list of technically complex goods covered by this same fifteen-day period, and what it is means that during the entire warranty period (1 year) I have the right, if a manufacturing defect and inadequate quality of the bread maker (confirmed by the service center) are detected, refuse to repair and demand replacement of the bread machine or a refund, regardless of the possibility (or impossibility) of eliminating this disadvantage by the service center.
They sent me an application for a refund / exchange, they said, along with the act from the service, to send it to them by e-mail.
I filmed a creak on the video (the service confirmed the presence of an extraneous sound) on the batch, so that it would be clearer, well, so that they could compare someone who also creaks the stove.

They do not check in the store, they only accept the stove and the application, then they will send it to the service, and the service will already check (knead the dough, bake, etc.). If the service confirms the defect and issues an act, then the store will satisfy your requirements for a refund or replacement of the stove, if it does not confirm, then the store will return the stove to you as good.
I wrote above about my experience and described my actions in the topic about the creak. My opinion is that it is better to take it to the service, through the store it will take much longer.
By the way, the service is not very concerned about the safety of the stove, in my stove after the service the bucket is cracked (not much, but true), both inside and outside.
