Ingredients

Wheat flour
Broth from pasta
Granulated sugar (optional)
Vegetable oil in dough

Cooking method

  • Cook pasta as usual.
  • We do not pour the broth, but cool and start the dough on it - just add flour and granulated sugar (optional).
  • The consistency we love - I like thin pancakes, so I made a very thin dough.
  • Stir well, let stand for 30 minutes, stir again, add vegetable oil to the dough and fry in a pan.
