Broccoli and ham puff pie

Ingredients

puff pastry 450gr.
broccoli 150gr
ham 150gr.
sour cream (or mayonnaise) 4st. l.
egg 4 things
hard cheese 150gr

Cooking method

  • 1. Roll out the dough and put it in a mold with boots, leave the sides of the dough about 1.5 cm.
  • 2. Defrost cabbage and cut into beautiful inflorescences.
  • 3. Cut the ham into cubes.
  • 4. MAKE THE FILLING: Mix the eggs and sour cream (mayonnaise).
  • 5. Nicely place broccoli and ham on the dough.
  • 6. Fill with fill.
  • 7. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 8. Put in an oven preheated to 175 C. It takes about 15-20 minutes to cook.

Time for preparing:

25-30 minutes

Note

The dough can be yeast or yeast-free. In general, we take the ratio of eggs and sour cream at the rate of 1: 1. Therefore, see the quantity in your form. I give the number of ingredients based on my form. I have dimensions 25X30 cm.
In the photo there is a half of the pie, because while the son and his friend were running after the phone, they already "halved" themselves.

NOTE
Somehow my friend and I went to sit in a cafe. We decided to have a snack and a cup of coffee. They stopped their choice on this pie, because I LOVE puff pastry. When I tried the pie, I certainly was not disappointed in it, BUT ... I decided that I could bake no worse and it would be much cheaper! On the way home, I bought all the necessary food and for dinner we had a wonderful pie. Now I always have puff pastry, a slice of ham, broccoli and grated cheese in my freezer. (By the way, that cheese can be frozen and it will not lose its properties, I learned here at HB. Special thanks to CHUCHELKA for that!) The pie is prepared very quickly and can be from the "Guests on the doorstep" options.
