This cooking method was invented in ancient times, when I had an electric frying pan-Miracle.

Then the potatoes, which can be mixed with onions, are seasoned with salt and pepper. And on top, I laid the meat tightly, sliced thinly, with petals, in one layer, also add salt and pepper. I had one peculiarity with meat then, and I still use it now. I bought meat in bulk, as it was much cheaper, so I immediately cut it into bags for different cooking methods. The meat from the ham, for example, was cut into thin slices, thin slices were good for pies and for potatoes. So the meat petals were often frozen. The thickness of the petals varied, for potatoes I cut no thicker than half a centimeter. Sometimes I made meat noodles - I cut these petals into thin cubes and sprinkled them on potatoes.
