Potato Pancakes with Meat Bear Paw

Ingredients

potatoes 300 g
bulb onions 100 + 100 g
egg 1 PC.
wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
chicken fillet 250 g
salt
pepper
garlic
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Rinse under cold water. Allow excess liquid to drain.
  • 2. Chop the onion through a fine grinder and put in a sieve. Divide into 2 halves.
  • 3. Mix the grated potatoes with one half of the onion and put in a colander. Let the excess slurry drain again.
  • 4. Scroll the meat through a fine wire rack with garlic, combine with the remaining half of the onion, season with salt and pepper. Scroll the garlic at the very end so that all the cake remains in the meat grinder, and there is only a slight note in the minced meat.
  • 5. Combine potato and onion mass with egg, flour, salt and pepper.
  • 6. On a well-heated surface, lay out the potato mass cake, on it the minced meat cake, cover with another potato mass cake.
  • 7. Fry the first side over high heat until the potato crust is browned. Turn over and reduce heating after a couple of minutes. We bring it to readiness.
  • 8. If we are not going to eat right away, then we put our "paws" in a saucepan and wait for guests on a quiet fire. They are no longer crispy "fries", but they are also very juicy and tasty.
  • If suddenly the finished ingredients remain unsuitable, then you can easily mix and fry everything over low heat, and then pour the eggs over! Crumble with green tea on top and feast on.

You can take any meat.
The potatoes were grated by Berner Resti and washed thoroughly.
From this amount of ingredients, only 5 large "paws" came out. As it turned out, this is not enough.
