Cooking method

Laghman is made from meat, vegetables and special long noodles. The noodles are pulled in a special way. With a large amount of broth, lagman is similar to soup, with other cooking methods - like noodles with gravy and complex filling. Of vegetables, radish, onions, carrots, pickled bell peppers twisted with zhusai are mainly used in cooking, and lazy is added as a seasoning (a mixture of red, bitter, ground pepper with garlic filled with boiling vegetable oil). Spices and herbs are added to lagman and eaten with chopsticks. There are different types of lagman: suyru, guyru, boso, etc.
  • On the agenda is not the usual liquid Laghman, but the fried variety or "Boso Laghman". The preparation is very simple.
  • We take frozen meat, it is easier to cut it into thin strips. We cut all vegetables into thin strips in advance. Only green beans in pieces of 0.5 cm. We immediately fill the radish with boiling water, this procedure will allow us to get rid of the amber, which prevents everyone from falling in love with this vegetable. When the water cools down, we squeeze the radish well, now it will only decorate and add a real oriental flavor to our dish.
  • So, we have everything ready. It should look something like this

  • We put our cauldron or a large frying pan on a strong fire. We warm up the vegetable oil well and start cooking. Throw in the meat, when it has ceased to emit juice and began to brown, add the onion in half rings. And further on the degree of hardness of the products. At the end we have a stalk of celery and half a tablespoon of tomato paste. Now add a little water and simmer the gravy over low heat for 20 minutes.

Quickly put everything on a plate, add lasjon and enjoy!

Note

Fry the ready-to-eat noodles in a pan, that is, already boiled. It is best to cook a maximum of 2 servings at a time. This way your noodles will definitely not turn into porridge.
