I immediately unpacked the contents, set them in the kitchen and began to warm up for 15 minutes at maximum. Then I loaded the chicken (thighs). I acted according to the instructions. I turned on only the upper heating and set the temperature to 200C. She put a thermometer inside. I set it to the middle level. The smell of garlic went all over the apartment. But then I understand that the top of the crust begins to burn. I lowered the temperature, then increased it again ... and played. I clearly remember that all my life I cooked poultry and meat at 180 degrees. but here I have trouble, it burns. Then she turned on only the lower heating element. It stopped burning. In total, the legs stood for an hour. Garlic burnt slightly. It turned out very juicy and excellent chicken legs. Nothing has dried up.

Then came the mushrooms' turn. They immediately threw them and put them on the lower heating. What is interesting: at the bottom heating at a maximum temperature of 230 C, the temperature in the stove is about 130 C .... Ten minutes before the end, I turned on the top heating and the mushrooms were beautifully browned.
That's how it is. I do not even know. Either I did something wrong with the chicken, that it was burnt, or the temperature had to be set lower ... Today I also bought a thermometer with a probe. The next time I cook chicken or fish, I'll stick in the dipstick and use the internal temperature of the dish.
But still, despite the burning, I'm happy)))

I want to add a moment like this. The oven cooked for over an hour. About two hours in total. ONLY the top heats up, and then quite a bit: the hand suffers. The back wall, sides and bottom do not heat up at all. There is no heat from the stove. Our kitchen is small and not hot. My mom has a regular gas oven ARDO, so it's hot during cooking.
