There were 3 thighs and potatoes for three medium servings. Baked like Maria's recipe. After 40 minutes, six legs with potatoes were ready. Mine are raw. Blood when pierced. I warmed it up for 10 minutes, as expected. Added 15min top / bottom + convection. We got it, the blush on the meat is moderate, and that is probably because of the red marinade. The potatoes dried out a little, and remained pale, although they were all baked. Tempo all the time. 230. Checked convection: temperature at Min, mode with convection and started the timer.
