6. Quenching. After frying, poured boiling water, turned on the "Quenching" mode
- no complaints! So far (TTT ChLP) is working as expected. In an hour, almost all the liquid boiled away. I added separately fried onion and sour cream, and stew for another 25 minutes.

What else did I like.
