Smoothie "Carrot cake"

Ingredients

Carrot juice 600 ml
Bananas are very ripe 2 pcs.
Fat cream 100 ml
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Spices for the pie

Cooking method

  • Heat the cream, pour over the spices and leave to infuse, then strain.
  • Grind the bananas and cream with a blender, whisking, pour in the carrot juice in a thin stream.
  • Serve immediately.

Note

The cocktail has a velvety uniform structure of moderate density. It does not stratify into fractions, it is easy to drink through a straw.
I need a drop of honey for my taste - for the smell, because there is enough sweetness already. Its amount should be increased only in case of complete rejection of carrot juice, as such.
From the spices, I added a teaspoon of garam masala (by the way, I put it in the carrot cake). The cream cost 10%.
Since the drink is served immediately after preparation, I recommend pre-cooling all the ingredients.
