Korean style chicken

Ingredients

chickens or hen 1300 gr.
soy sauce 50 ml
brown sugar 1 tbsp. l.
water 100 ml.
garlic (coarsely grated) 4-5 teeth
sesame 1 tsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
sweet paprika (Original Cochujang paste, can be replaced with red ground pepper) 1 tsp
egg 1 PC.
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Absolutely new to me, unusually tasty marinade with soy sauce, spices and eggs. The result was very pleasing - the chickens were amber, moderately spicy and very juicy.
  • Melt sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add water and dissolve it completely
  • Add garlic, sesame seeds, Cochujang (paprika), sesame oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce to a saucepan and stir well.
  • Korean style chicken
  • Pour the resulting mixture into a spacious bowl, let cool and add the egg, mix well.
  • Korean style chicken
  • Cut the chicken into portions, but not finely, I divided into 4 parts and marinate in the resulting sauce, place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better overnight.
  • Korean style chicken
  • Remove the chickens from the refrigerator and let sit for 15 minutes at room temperature. Remove from the sauce, grease a heat-resistant dish with vegetable oil and place the chickens in it.
  • Bake preheated until 190-200 aboutFrom the oven, 25 minutes until golden brown. In the process of baking, pour the released juice a couple of times.
  • Korean style chicken
  • Serve with rice and vegetables.

I propose to diversify the Islamic tradition of having several wives ("Zulfiya ironing my robe at the blackboard, sews Gyuli, and Fatma mends socks.") And form a harem of women who specialize in various culinary traditions of the peoples of the world.
Alternation of dishes from European, Korean, Jewish, Czech and other cuisines
can be organized by analogy with the night shifts of wives at the bed of the "sultan".

I propose to organize a harem according to a different principle: one husband hammers nails, another walks the dog, the third washes the dishes. What's bad?

And, most importantly, all three bring a salary!

Natasha, it's very beautiful and I have no doubt that it is delicious. Tell me, please, it’s not sweet with sugar, otherwise my is so capricious, he will say weakly. I even sprinkle sauerkraut myself with sugar, and put it separately without sugar

Natasha, what a beautiful recipe! Thank you!

tell me, please, I understood correctly - add ONLY sesame oil to the pickling sauce, and the vegetable oil from the list of ingredients is for lubricating the mold, right?
natapit

Lisss's - Luda! you understood everything correctly, vegetable oil for the form! thank you very much!

Natasha, I made a chicken according to your recipe. She is tender and tasty in this sauce. Photo only in a frying pan, since everything was done in a simple way for the house. In a hurry Thanks for the recipe.

Thank you Natasha for the recipe, it looks very tasty and really smells through the monotor. But please tell me if only wings are made according to this recipe? otherwise I broke my head, how it is more interesting to fry a child (almost an adult) for his birthday and so that everyone would like it. Will they not be too sweet?

Mmm! What a great recipe! The husband will be delighted. Anything meat that has a sweet taste and spicy flavor is his favorite. I am still at a loss, maybe he is Korean-Chinese, although he looks like a green-eyed blonde. Not, exactly a Korean-Chinese (me from the sweetish meat, which I cook according to his persuasion, already), only hidden and underground, it seems
