Ingredients

lamb on the bone 500 grams
large potatoes 4 pieces
large carrots 2 pieces
turnip onion 2 pieces
vegetable oil or mutton fat for frying
tomato paste 1-2 tbsp. spoons
garlic taste
spices (hops-suneli, black and red ground pepper) taste
any greens big bunch
Bay leaf 1-2 pieces
Sweet pepper 1 piece
water 2.5 liters
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the lamb, add cold water.
  • Bring to a boil, remove the noise, turn the fire on and simmer for 2-3 hours so that the meat begins to move freely from the bone.
  • Remove the meat, separate from the bone and divide into portions.
  • Cut the onion into cubes and fry. Add tomato paste.
  • Coarsely chop the carrots. Dip into broth.
  • Coarsely chop the potatoes. Dip into broth.
  • Boil vegetables until tender.
  • Add onion with tomato. Meat.
  • Season with salt, add chopped garlic and spices.
  • Let it boil.
  • Add greens and pepper cut into thin strips.
  • All.
