Ingredients

Fresh yeast 20 g
Sugar 1 table. the spoon
Milk 250 ml
Egg 1 piece
Flour 450 g
Instant Oatmeal 3 table. spoons
1 table. a spoonful of gluten (you can without it, if the flour is normal)
Margarine soft 30 g
Salt 1 tea the spoon

Cooking method

  • Dough mode 1 hour 50 min.
  • Attention! Be prepared to add flour! I changed the flour and I can't guarantee the accuracy!
  • Filling:
  • 1 medium onion + 2 cloves of garlic + 400 g minced meat (50% pork, 50% beef)
  • fry in the minimum possible amount of vegetable oil, add 4 tablespoons. tablespoons of homemade adjika (or a couple of peeled tomatoes and one red paprika), fry again, add a little water and simmer until the minced meat is ready (evaporate the water). Seasonings to taste. Cool down.
  • Knead the finished dough in the kneading mode, continuing kneading, add the prepared minced meat, knead until the minced meat is mixed with the dough. Turn off HP and leave the dough to come up again (1 hour). When the dough comes up again, knead it in the kneading mode and, without removing from the bucket, tear off the pieces from the dough with greased hands, roll the balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Allow the cakes to distance (30 minutes) and bake at 180 degrees. I got 16 pieces.
  • Flatbreads are soft-soft, fluffy-fluffy! Yum!
  • They only need a salad of fresh vegetables and a cool glass of wine!
  • Very good for a picnic!

Z. Y. A few tips for those who like to "joke" in the recipe.
1. You can take 200 grams of minced meat and run the finished filling into the dough at the signal. Then you can raise the dough 1 time.
2. If you have 3-4 cutlets left and no one has yet had time to gobble them cold with bread and tomato, chop them finely and put them in the dough instead of minced meat. I think any meat leftovers will do here ...
