Ingredients

water / broth 1L
risoni pasta 55g
vegetable oil 1 st. the spoon
tomato paste 1 st. the spoon
ripe tomato 1 PC
parsley
salt
pepper

Cooking method

  • In a saucepan in vegetable oil, fry the tomato paste, add water or broth, when the water boils, throw the rice, they are boiled for 11 minutes, 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add grated tomato to the soup, from which first remove the skin. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Very fast, very simple and delicious!
  • Ah, native Ukrainian tomatoes ... they don't need to be scalded with boiling water, the thin skin is removed easily, without any problems. And how sweet, tasty, aromatic they are ... mmmmmmmmmmm

Risoni is made from durum wheat flour, natural durum flour, without wheat additives - this is Italian pasta!

Vermicelli, a common wheat flour that boils quickly, becomes soft after cooking.
