Ingredients

Meatballs 15 pcs.
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Green peas 4 tbsp. l.
Cauliflower 8 pcs.
Broccoli 8 pcs.
Carrot 15 slices
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • We were treated to this soup when we were visiting our relatives in Latvia, and for this we called it euro soup
  • Its main advantage is that it is light without frying and broth and fast, if all the ingredients are frozen, then it will take 30 minutes to cook.
  • So put the meatballs in boiling water 2 liters and cook for 5-10 minutes, remove the foam with a slotted spoon.
  • Next, put all the vegetables and cook for 20-25 minutes, salt to taste and the soup is ready! Suitable for children and diet food.
