Quick curd pie

Ingredients

Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 1/2 cup
Sour cream 1 glass
Soda 1/2 tsp
Flour 1 glass
Melted butter 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Filling:
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. l. semolina
  • You can add any berries, raisins, etc. to taste.
  • Oil and flour for greasing the mold.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until a white fluffy mass, add sour cream, soda, melted butter. Gradually adding flour, knead a homogeneous dough. It turns out to be quite liquid.
  • Now the filling. Beat eggs with sugar. Add a spoonful of semolina. Mix well. Mash cottage cheese with a spoon and add to the egg mass. Mix everything well (you can also use a mixer).
  • Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with flour, pour the dough, put the curd filling on the dough in the middle.
  • You can sprinkle the curd filling with berries or add raisins. And put in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 180 degrees and oven for 40 minutes. During baking, the heavy curd filling goes down, and the biscuit rises, forming sides and almost covering the filling. Cool the finished cake in the form, and only then remove it
