Ingredients

Butter 100 g
Sugar 140 g
Cinnamon 2 pinches
Soda 0.25 tsp
Wheat flour 180 g
Pumpkin puree (boiled) 2.5 tbsp. l.
FOR FILLING
Apple (small) 2 pcs
Peeled pumpkin 150 g
Pumpkin puree (boiled) 120 g
Liquid honey 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
FOR BALLS
Walnuts 5 pieces
Liquid honey 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix flour, baking soda and sugar, add softened butter and pumpkin puree. Knead the dough.

  • 2. Grease a baking dish (I have a 19 cm diameter) with vegetable oil and spread the dough, leaving a part of the dough for 7 balls about 2 cm in diameter.

  • 3. Finely chop the apple and pumpkin. Add the pumpkin puree mixed with honey and spread the filling over the dough. Bend the edges of the dough in a wave.

  • 4. Roll the balls in honey with crushed nuts.
  • 5. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 150 * C balls - 15 minutes, cake - 50 minutes. Decorate the finished cake with nut balls.
