Ingredients

Dough
Peeled rye flour 390 g
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Kefir 180 ml
Liquid honey 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l. with a small slide
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Filling
Soft cottage cheese 240 g
Sugar 100 g
Vanillin chips.
Egg (C1) 1 PC.
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Frozen cherries 400 g

Cooking method

  • Grated rye pie with curd filling and cherriesPour flour mixed with baking powder, sugar, salt into a bowl. Pour in kefir, vegetable oil, honey.
