Dry yeast 5 g
Wheat flour 370 g
Salt 6 g
Granulated sugar 25 g
Butter 70 g
Milk 3.2% fat 180 g
Chicken fillet 750 g
Bulb onions 4 things.
Sunflower oil 50 g
Salt 1 tsp
Mixture mill "4 peppers" pinch
Hard cheese (grated) 50 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Finely chop the chicken fillet and onion and fry in sunflower oil, salt, pepper and stir.

  • 2. Place all the ingredients for the dough in the mixing container and select the Dough program.

  • 3. Place the dough on a silicone mat and roll it into a 5 mm thick layer. Step 2 cm away from the edge and arrange the fried chicken fillet filling with onions in a circle (leave a little filling to place in the center of the pie later).

  • 4. Bending the edges of the dough to the middle, form a uniform roll of filled dough around the edge. Cut the resulting roll into 4-5 cm pieces and rotate each cut piece of filled dough 90 degrees.

  • 5. Place the rest of the filling in the center of the dough piece. Brush the surface with an egg and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and grated cheese.

  • 6. Place the silicone mat with the pie blank on a baking sheet and place in a warm place for proofing for 30-40 minutes.
  • 7. Bake the chicken until tender, preheated to 180C (about 35 minutes).
