Ingredients

Fresh ginger 300 grams (peeled)
Fresh lemons 300 grams (peeled, pitted)
Floral honey 100g

Cooking method

  • Peel the ginger and cut into pieces.
  • Process the lemon, cut off the ends, cut into coarse rings, remove the seeds.
  • Fold the lemon and ginger (little by little, in parts) into a blender bowl, and break with knives into small crumbs, until smooth and puree.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add honey (reheat) and mix well until smooth.

  • I just had to carefully remove the layer in small pieces, with a knife or hands, and put it in a jar. The honey bits are a little sticky.
  • Okay, so be it! But I don't consider the first attempt to be a pancake, since the tea in pieces still turned out and pleased with the result. And then I will think about how to arrange the process.

  • Put a little instant tea in a glass-jar-decanter-teapot, pour boiling water, let it brew for 5-10 minutes, stir the tea until the ginger concentrate dissolves.

  • The color of the tea turns out to be a light ginger-lemon color.
