The dough is thin, translucent. When using the first two methods of cooking, the dough does not break, and I did not dare to cook in the broth ... Maybe someone knows how to cook dumplings from thin dough in a multit in broth? I have already considered the option of pouring the ready-made dumplings with broth, but somehow it is not very good to cook the broth separately ...

I tried to cook dumplings in broth myself in a cartoon. The recipe is the same - dumplings, butter to taste, + a tiny pinch of salt and a handful of green ice cream or dried pepper onions in pieces (sweet) + water that completely covers the dumplings (one portion). Baking mode 20 minutes. Delicious boiled dumplings in broth are obtained. Not in water, just in broth. Naturally, when boiling, the dumplings swell like toads, which is visible when you open the lid, so in the future they are deflated and take on a folded-wrinkled appearance. I was surprised again by the miracle of the saucepan - it turns out boiled, steamed and fried dumplings with it !!!!!!!
