Lean chocolate muffin

Ingredients

flour 1.5 tbsp
sugar 1 st
water 1 st
cocoa 6 tbsp. l
vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l
baking powder 1.5 tsp
vanilla sugar 10 g
powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Chocolate cake contains no eggs, butter or milk. This chocolate muffin is perfect for those who are looking for weight and those who are fasting. My family is not one of those who are fasting and even less losing weight, but we gladly ate this cupcake in just a couple of minutes. The cake is porous, chocolatey and moist, which I personally really like in baking.
  • So the preparation:
  • Combine all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
  • Lean chocolate muffinMix water with vegetable oil and add to dry ingredients. Knead the dough until smooth.

  • Bake at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished and cooled lean chocolate cake with icing sugar. As you can see, this pastry is prepared without adding milk and eggs, but it turns out very tasty. Bon Appetit!

  • P.S. My observations, when I baked in a silicone mold for the first time, the result was better ... because in this cupcake burst, and this mold that is in the photo is large for this norm.

In general, the thought of a cake haunted me. And from yesterday's cake that they had not finished eating, I quickly realized this in the morning:

The cream was made from a jar of curd cheese "Syrko", 150 ml of heavy cream and condensed milk (I don't even know how much there was, I squeezed out the remains from a bag, maybe 3-4 tablespoons, no more). Beat the cream separately, cheese with condensed milk - separately, plus I added a little creamy Van Tallinn. Then mix the cream and cheese mixture, beat a little until smooth, and you're done.
Cut the cupcake into pieces, so as to lay 2 layers. The first layer with such stories (when we do not from a whole biscuit, but from pieces) must be laid tightly, without gaps. I missed it with red currant jelly, put half of the cream. The second layer is the remaining cake, again currant jelly, cream. On top of the crumb from the remains and a little dripped again with currants, purely for aesthetic reasons. The cake definitely needs time to soak, at least 2 hours. Barely endured Tomorrow will be even better. As I thought, the sourness goes very well with this chocolate cake.
