Ingredients

Dry mushrooms 1 glass
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Soak the mushrooms in cold water for a couple of hours. Then cook in the same water until tender. Drain the water, cool the mushrooms and pass through a meat grinder or grind with a blender. Finely chop the onion, fry, add to the mushroom mass. Season with salt, pepper and season. oil. (Finely chopped garlic can be added)
