Semolina porridge on carrot juice with persimmon

Ingredients

Semolina 8h l.
Carrot juice 300 g
Water 300 g
Persimmon 1 PC.
Salt, sugar to taste

Cooking method

  • Fry the semolina in a dry frying pan until light beige.
  • Bring water and juice to a boil.
  • Introduce semolina in a thin stream.
  • Cook, stirring constantly (I use a whisk) until thick, about 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with persimmon slices before serving.
  • I read here about semolina that it is completely devoid of enzymes that help to digest it. The body spends a lot of energy on its digestion. To which my mother immediately countered - all the children in the USSR grew up on semolina.))) But at the same time, it is useful for people after 40 years, since semolina is absorbed by the large intestine and is a remedy for the lower intestine. How! My child grew up without decoy, so today she did not impress him at all. And my husband and I just ate with pleasure.))))

I liked the semolina recipe very much, thanks!

Mistletoe, I categorically do not support the position of "child"
Only for such beauty can you gobble up the entire portion without a trace!
We grew up on semolina. But I rarely cooked for my son.
Omela
Ir, thanks! Well, for the "beauty" he agreed to try .. and even dig deeper .. but no more.

There are many servings to be made! And all with different additives and designs
Let him try each ... You look ... and eat
Omela
Well kanesh ...I don’t leave the kitchen anyway.. let him eat borscht.

Ksyushenka is very beautiful !!! I often cook porridge for children with juice! But your photo is stunned! What's that, a leaf-shaped cookie?
Omela
Ira, thanks! : a-kiss: It's a persimmon.

Stunned! Well, you're a head !!! Knocked out? Very nice! And Lala is your spoiled !!!!
Omela
Pochikat with a curly knife, yeah. BalUvanaya is not the right word ...
Loksa

Mistletoe, the porridge is very beautiful. But what about semolina without milk? I would have poured milk into the place of water, but after all, I CAN'T during fasting ..... You have to boil in water. I really liked the idea with the juice. Carrot juice (and carrots) are absorbed only with vegetable oil and dairy products. So vegetable oil will go into this porridge, and later, not during fasting, it will be possible to indulge in milk and cream.

Omela, wonderful semolina porridge (I adore it and just like that)
And here it turns out even more useful with carrots and persimmons, but I generally keep quiet about beauty
Vintage
yes, it looks much more beautiful than just semolina, but all because of the brightness)
Omela
Loksa, lungwort, julia_bb, Vintagethank you girls! Who can not live without milk, then you can use vegetable - nut, sesame, coconut, but of course it turns out a little expensive.

Omelkina, and I cooked porridge for the children tomorrow. True, with milk and without persimmons - no, and they are unlikely to eat. The smell is very pleasant. Especially from fried semolina. But the color is quite dull, not like in the photo at the cha. Looks like because of the milk.
K. Marina
It tastes good to me! And no need to sweeten. The color is not quite bright, it can overexpose the brand. Above, only the carrot warble is bright, and the current is light brown-orange. (T9 resisted)

Ir, it seemed to me. that I was responding to your message. Strange .. Of course, the milk became paler. And taste, I suspect, too.

K. Marina, glad you liked. : rose: The color also depends on the carrot, the varieties are different.
