Ingredients

pork brisket 400 g
fresh cucumbers 3 pcs
bulb onions 4 things
ghee 25 g
flour 1 tbsp. l
sugar, salt, pepper, cumin, marjoram
mustard

Cooking method

  • To prepare this dish, the recipe suggested: wash the brisket, rub with salt, pepper and mustard. Place in an ovenproof dish, add 300 ml of water, sprinkle with caraway seeds and cook in a preheated oven for an hour. Fry the diced onion separately, add a little broth, marjoram and sprinkle with flour. Boil everything, add this mixture to the brisket and let it brew.
  • I simplified the process by combining these steps, and did everything at once in MV on the Vexation program.
  • Separately cut the onion into cubes, fry in ghee, sprinkle with sugar and lightly caramelize.
  • Add the sliced ​​cucumbers and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and thicken with flour.
  • Serve with chopped pork belly and dill.

Note

Cucumbers fried in this way are delicious! I made a discovery for myself. A great way to dispose of overgrown cucumbers in season. They may well replace zucchini.
