hard cheese 50 g

cream or sour cream 250 ml
salt, pepper, nutmeg taste

Cooking method

  • One of the common and very simple casseroles in Upper Franconia.
  • Everything is very simple:
  • Cut potatoes, eggs, sausage and tomatoes into cubes. Lubricate a refractory mold or a MV pan with oil and lay out potatoes, eggs, sausage, tomato in layers. Salt and pepper each layer.

An elementary recipe. But to be honest, this is the first time I meet boiled eggs in a casserole recipe. Although the taste is very pleasant. We fill the filling harder to compensate for the freshish potatoes.
