  • Sprinkle the sand base for the cake with almond flour so that the liquid from the filling is not absorbed into the dough. Pour out the rice mass.
  • Bake at 180 ° for 30-35 minutes.
  • We suggest making the author of the pie on a 23 cm mold. I did it on an 18 cm mold, the dough and filling remained. I'll make some more small tartlets.
  • Decorate with berries. You can also drizzle with caramel sauce or sweet berry sauce, as the pie is sour.
