  • In general, I screwed up with her. But I will write in the correct way. The fact is that when cooking, I did not take into account that the meat would release juice and, as a result, did not make the mashed potatoes correctly.
  • So, first of all, thanks to our Tanyulya for a great idea. From the oven / slow cooker, my casseroles do not eat at all, but they sit and hamster this one))))
  • "Knead" the minced cutlet: pork + beef + egg + crumb in milk + onion + spices. Cook potatoes and make mashed potatoes. A little bit of liquid + an egg for the bunch, I added butter and milk, which caused the filling to flow as a result. Add fried mushrooms to the finished puree, you can lay it out in layers, and cover everything on top with minced meat.
  • Cover the mold with foil and place in a preheated air fryer. Temperature 190 degrees 25 minutes. 12 minutes before the end of the program, I reduced the temperature to 180.

  • PS I did it in a shape, though from the younger model (I have XL), it turned out to be very roomy, despite its dimensions.
