I liked the molding method very much. I was afraid that I could not cope, however, everything went smoothly. But the dough for 450 grams of flour is too much, I got one big pie in the whole pizza maker and one small one, just, probably, from those extra 100 grams of flour.
The filling was as follows: mashed potatoes, fried onions with bacon, cheese, herbs, salt, pepper. It was baked from a cold state for 25 minutes. The top was covered in the last 5 minutes, it was very baked.
The pie was cracked at a stroke, everyone liked it, we will do more. The husband said that it would be nice to have meat here and it would be very good.

Thanks to the recipe and the video, everything worked out the first time. Now we have Ossetian pies very often - husband and son are mashed with great pleasure))) Yes, and for guests it is convenient, quick and tasty and satisfying.

This amount of dough is enough for 3 large cakes. True, I bake them without a rug and only 15-17 minutes, you just need to flatten them thinner to the entire diameter of the stove, everything is baked perfectly and the bottom does not burn. I put it on the red-hot princess. The dough is stored in the refrigerator (not in the freezer) for 4-5 days for sure, maybe more, but no longer stale).

And I also take more liquid into the dough, I did it with different flours, but I still add about 100 ml more liquid, then when molding, if necessary, I dust it with flour - it's easier for me to form pies from soft dough. By the way, I really like the process of shaping and I also always do it with my hands) I knead the dough in a bread maker. This dough is also great for pizza.

Of the fillings, we fell in love with pounded potatoes with finely chopped onions or green onions with dill, it is possible with the addition of cheese and smoked sausages or ham; or chicken flesh in small cubes raw + finely chopped onion + mayonnaise or sour cream for juiciness, can be half-and-half with pounded - it is baked perfectly; or with minced meat with onions and mushrooms (lightly fry mushrooms and onions beforehand), in general, there is room for culinary imagination according to your own taste

The dough according to this recipe behaved great on the 3rd day. Just enough for 3 Ossetian pies for the whole Princeska. Roll out, shape and bake on a Teflon mat. It is convenient to carry baked goods to and from the Princesca by the corners of the square rug, and there is no need to use vegetable oil for lubrication.
By 3 pies, I realized that I could "stuff" a LOT of filling into the pie. And it is very convenient to mold the cake!
