Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options)

Ingredients

1st option - snack bar:
puff pastry 450 g
fat cottage cheese 200 g
parsley, dill bundle
egg yolk 1 PC
2nd option - dessert:
yeast puff pastry 450 g
fat cottage cheese 250 g
raisins a handful of
candied citrus or rum fruits a handful of
egg 1 PC
egg yolk 1 PC
sugar taste
sour cream 100 g

Cooking method

  • I propose to cook two versions of cheesecakes - one in the form of a snack cake with cottage cheese and herbs, another dessert option for tea - with raisins, and also with rum fruits according to the Rumptopf recipe - a rum pot (Scarecrow's recipe) https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=392755.0... Both options can be cooked at the same time and baked on 2 trays.
  • 1st option - snack pie.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) Roll out the defrosted puff pastry to the desired thickness (up to 0.8 cm) and evenly lay the cottage cheese with chopped herbs on it (I have dill and parsley).
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) Gently fold the layer of dough into a roll, which we stretch to the sides from the center with smooth movements. The seam is at the bottom (while it is pressed more tightly).
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) Cut into circles, 2 cm in size and immediately put in a mold (preferably detachable) on parchment paper.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) Lubricate with yolk and water and send to the oven, preheated to 180 * C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) We take out the finished pie from the oven ..
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) Serve warm. We tear off cheesecakes from the pie and ... bon appetit!
  • The second option is dessert.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) Roll out the defrosted dough and put the cottage cheese on it, rubbed through a sieve, with the addition of sour cream, sugar and a hammered egg. Then sprinkle with raisins and, if desired, candied fruits of any citrus.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) Or we put small fruit rum pieces on the curd (this is my favorite option).
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) We twist, as in the first version, we also cut it, up to 2 cm thick and send it to the oven in the form of a pie or separate cheesecakes.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) We bake for 20-25 minutes - until golden brown.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) We serve these cheesecakes with tea or coffee.
  • Tear-off snack and dessert cake (two options) They can also be served warm. It is very tasty to eat such cheesecakes with sour cream.
  • Bon Appetit!

Marinka, give me a bun, please!

Have a seat, Angela! Which one do you like - sweet for tea, coffee or savory for a snack with something else? Or maybe you both? You can also have a snack with sweet sour cream.

Both of course)

I sit in the bushes, waiting for someone to bungle this miracle in Princesse. The very idea is brilliance.
MariS
Albina, Tina, Dina - glad they liked the pies!
I have lagged behind your new gadgets here ... Princess - is this an electric oven? And what is the difference - you have to try and that's it.

Is a princesska an electric stove?
It's more like a pizza oven (she makes great pizzas in particular), heating from the top and bottom. According to my plans, my hands have not yet reached the pie, and if the people do, then you can immediately spy on time.In Princesk I have not yet made puff pastry, so as not to suffer conveniently in the footsteps, so to speak ...
MariS
Dina, thanks - enlightened! To follow in the footsteps, of course, is more convenient. Happy baking!
