Brioche brioche with chocolate

Ingredients

wheat flour 500g
milk 250g
butter (melted) 80g
sugar 80-100g
egg 1 PC.
dry yeast 1h l.
vanilla sugar 10g
lemon zest
chocolate (or drops)

Cooking method

  • Load all ingredients into the bowl of the food processor (bread machine). Knead until the dough is smooth, soft and separates easily from the food processor bowl.
  • Then transfer the dough to a container with a lid and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
  • Then divide the dough into pieces weighing 50-60 g. We roll these pieces into balls, and from them we already form buns.

  • Leave the buns to proof for another 30-40 minutes.
  • Before baking, grease the buns with slightly beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200C for 20-25 minutes.
