Green buckwheat 500 g (sprouted)

  • 1. Two days before making the cake, sprout green buckwheat (* see note). After germination, rinse the buckwheat again!

I germinated 36 hours - day and night. In the morning I made a cake.
During the day, she poured some water, if the buckwheat dried up from above, gently turned the buckwheat upside down with a wooden spatula.
