Pumpkin soup with sausages

Ingredients
Pumpkin 500 gr.
Onions 1-2 pcs.
Hunting sausages 150 gr
Bacon (brisket) 100 - 150 gr.
Garlic 2 cloves
Cream 12% 100 gr
salt, spices to taste
ginger (root) 1 cm.
Cooking method

In a dry skillet (without oil), I fried the brisket with slices, added the chopped sausages, fried, and put them on a plate.
In a frying pan with fat from frying smoked meats, put onion chopped into half rings and crushed garlic.
Slightly simmering in a pan.
I cut a pumpkin into a saucepan, added finely chopped ginger, tired onions and garlic, spices, salt, poured boiling water and stewed it, after boiling for about 20 minutes.
Purée with a blender, add cream and at the very end fried smoked meats.
Bring to a boil, the soup stood for a few minutes and you can eat.

The dish is designed for 6 servings
