I replaced all the liquid with cabbage pickle, which remained from cabbage "without tension". Eliminated salt (it is in the brine). Leaving the same ratio of liquid, flour, yeast.
As in your recipe, the dough turns out to be liquid, kept in the heat for 2 hours and in the refrigerator.
The dough is excellent, by the evening it increased three times.
