The first pie is ground pork, some cheese, onions, garlic, seasonings, some cold water and raw potatoes in thin slices. The second is Potatoes in the same thin slices, canned saury, onions in half rings (doused with boiling water), potatoes. I smeared the top with yolk and sprinkled with sesame seeds. We really liked it so much in the pies from Helen Tim. Potatoes are perfectly baked in 30 minutes, the main thing is to cut them thinly. All delicious gatherings in a friendly company and requests for more.
