I decided to make this dough for future use, 2 servings at once. Chanterelle-Sveta makes it constantly in the dough mixer, and I go there too.
Took less !!! flour somewhere around 930 grams, well, everything else doubled according to the recipe. I put everything in the bowl and turned on the machine .. well, in general, I almost ruined it, the dough was sooo .. well, just disastrously thick and dry. I had to add liquid so a lot at all .. well, about a glass for sure. Well, then everything went according to the script, today I made a couple of pizzas and it turned out great anyway!
