Chicken with pesto sauce

Ingredients

Chicken breast without skin 4 things.
Sour cream 4st. l.
Olive oil for frying
For pesto:
Parsley leaves 50 g
Peeled walnuts 15 g
Garlic 1 tooth
Salt 1 \ 2h. l.
Cheese (ideally Parmesan, I have Kostroma .. yyy) 3st. l.
Olive oil 5st. l.

Cooking method

  • Prepare pesto. Wash the parsley, pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan.
  • Pass the garlic through a press.
  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Chop garlic, salt, parsley. Add cheese and butter. Grind again.
  • Cut the breasts into thin strips.
  • Heat a little oil in a skillet. Arrange the breasts in one layer. Fry until golden brown for 3 minutes, then overturned and fry for another 2-3 minutes. My breasts were prepared in advance using the "sous-vide" technology.
  • Add sour cream and 3 tbsp. l. pesto, simmer for 5 minutes. Add another 1 st. l. pesto. stir and serve with fried potatoes. I fried in AF, adding 1st. l. pesto.
  • Serve the remaining pesto separately.
  • Chicken with pesto sauce
  • Very tasty and aromatic!
