Milk foam (milk frothers)

Category: The drinks
Milk foam (milk frothers)

Ingredients

Milk 2.5%, 3.2% on demand

Cooking method

  • This is not a recipe, this is a small comparison of cappuccinatore
  • in the subject of milk frothers the same "carried away", I exhibit here, so that it would not get lost.

Note

I didn’t beat cocoa, because it’s impossible to transfer the temperature anyway, and all cappuccino makers interfere with cocoa the same way, I had three different ones, I don’t see much difference, only in the heating temperature.

Tanyulya, well, you are a deviceaholic! I have never heard of this in my province.
Tanyulya
Angela, cool thing I'll tell you
SweetSveta
Tanya, can you learn about how this wonderful machine with cocoa works? Our family doesn't drink coffee, but everyone loves cocoa very much? Thank you in advance.
Tanyulya
I use regular milk and cocoa powder, first I do it cold, then hot.
There is a mug of milk and one or two tablespoons of powder.
SweetSveta
Thank you very much for such a quick response. Do you pour both cocoa and milk into the car?
Tanyulya
Svetlana, all together. I stir a little with a spoon and then the beater works.
Tumanchik
Tanya is what a frappe to play with mono!
Tanyulya
Mono, mooono !!! Class yes !!!!

Girls, Leonord LE-2004 cappuccinators appeared in the 220-volt store at 649 rubles, this is the one that Tanyulya showed in the video. If anyone needs it, then go for it. Already many have ordered.
Tanyulya
I ordered the same, but they didn't call me back ...

Thank you very much))) It's a pity that they have payment for delivery even to pick-up points ...

Tanyulya, Tatiana, tell me pzhl, and how much cocoa can you cook at a time? In the characteristics, the volume for beating is 115, and for heating - 240. Should the cocoa be whipped first and then heated? Do I get it right?
Tanyulya
Lena, you don't need to beat cocoa, there is a special mixing nozzle. I did not measure the volume.
yudinel
Clear.
How long does it take to cook cocoa?

special mixing attachment.
I have a jug with three functions. Hot foam, hot cocoa milk and cold foam. Well, probably many have such functions .. And of course there is a nozzle for cocoa ... But I do it without replacing the nozzle. I leave the spring attachment. I make cocoa on the function hot milk-cocoa .. I did it once with changing the nozzle, but I did not see the difference .. And with the spring nozzle everything turns out fine ..

yudinel
Galina,
Tanyulya
Galina, the spring nozzle is fine, but the volume of milk should be taken less.
With a spring, it is more foam that turns out.

The spring nozzle is fine, but the volume of milk should be taken less. With the spring, the more foam is obtained.
I went and did an experiment ...
I took exactly 240 ml of milk, just at the risk of hot cocoa, a teaspoon of cocoa and a teaspoon of granulated sugar. I switched on hot cocoa milk for the function. spring nozzle. Nothing poured out, everything worked out great ... There was no foam, the function is not for foam, but for hot milk ...
maybe just different jugs .. Although the principle of operation is the same for all of them ... I have an Italian jug. The principle is the same as in your Tatyan video, Melita seems to be called your pitcher ...
I forgot to say. my milk is 1.8% lactose-free. I only use this milk. In my opinion, the froth for a cappuccino is excellent only from this milk. all my friends who couldn’t get good foam for corfe switched to this milk .. from the usual 3.2% foam it didn’t get good ... (but I still live in Austria, here the products are different)

Strange, but we have it for free.

Tanyulya, Tatiana, can I ask you to measure to what temperature LEONORD heats? You can just on the water. I have a VES foamer V-FS23. He makes foam well, but heats only up to 50 degrees. And I would like to be hotter. Thank you.
Galiha69
I ordered And I received an SMS with a request to call the operator back. I called and confirmed the order, now I'm waiting. Although operators usually call themselves

Galina, thank you, it's hotter than mine, of course. Here in the description for this foaming agent, GRETTI MF-11, it is written, high heating temperature, 70-75 grams, which is great. But it costs 3800.😊 Outwardly, they are very similar to leonord, I thought maybe the foaming temperature is the same.

Suzy, Susanna! Good evening! I have a GRETTI MF-11 foamer! And I can tell you that the temperature of milk (cocoa, etc.) when heated is also about 62 degrees.

Tanyulya, with great pleasure I watched another video from you, thank you! Thanks to the recommendations of the girls, Leonordica bought herself the same and is very pleased with him. I have been using this device for a week now. I tried different milk, different nozzles and different cocoa. Milk is ideal for me Prostokvashino, fat content 2.5 3.2, that is, any where the protein is 3.0. The foam is excellent, you can see it in Tanya's video. I always make foam with a spring nozzle. The cocoa was whipped with a spring and a simple nozzle. A good foam is formed from the spring, but not with all cocoa. For example, Nesquik and Doctor Otter do not give foam, but ordinary cocoa powder, without any additives, is perfectly whipped into a strong foam. But, honestly, I like frothy cocoa less, more ordinary, that is, whipped with a small mixing nozzle. And tastier, it seems to me, from simple cocoa powder + sugar. powder. Nesquik is the same tasty, but less intense. I have a liquid whipped on heating 64 degrees. Today I whipped 3 servings of cocoa in a row without washing the jug, and after the third serving, there was a small toasted crust on the bottom. The jug washes wonderfully.

Svetlana, you calmed me down, and I really believed them ... 😀
It's great that you can do several hot foams in a row in your jugs. In VES, you have to wait until it cools down. Not very comfortable.

Suzy, Susanna! I forgot to say that I bought my frother a few years ago. Maybe during this time, improvements were made and the temperature on the heating became higher (and not just the price ...)
Tanyulya
I did not receive messages from Temka.
Sussana, I'll take the temperature tomorrow morning.
Lena, thanks! Let Leonardik please!

Oh, I don't think so, because your instructions probably don't say about the temperature regime. This is just a marketing ploy. I was the first to peck. Maybe someone else from the girls will tell about their own.

yeah, only they break quickly. 2 years and hell ... As my husband says, now all the equipment is designed for no more than two years of work.Just the warranty ends and the device breaks down .. This design is not subject to repair .. To buy more often ...

Wildebeest
gawala, Galya, Leonord's instructions indicate 1 year warranty and 3 years of service. Wait and see. But as I drive it, I will be very glad that it will work out the warranty period.
