Dasha. just last week, together with my mother, we conducted an experiment (by phone). Both cooked vegetables for vinaigrette. I put in potatoes and carrots, my pickled beets were already in a jar, and my mother put potatoes, carrots and beets. The potatoes were larger than average, but on the contrary, she took smaller beets. Both were put under pressure 07, vegetables mode, 10 minutes. The pressure was not relieved. Everything turned out great for her and for me. The vegetables were not soft, but cooked. just for the salad. Water was poured into 400 ml. And they cooled down very quickly. And I forgot to say the vegetables were not peeled.
