"Tricky" Korean cucumbers

Korean tricky cucumbers

Ingredients

Fresh cucumbers 0.5KG
Salt 0.5 tsp
Vinegar (fruit is better) 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Hot red pepper 0.5 tsp
Sesame 0.5 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 cloves

Cooking method

  • Cut the cucumbers into cubes, salt, let stand for 30 minutes. Drain the liquid.
  • Press the garlic or cut it finely over the cucumbers.
  • Add soy sauce, pepper and vinegar. Mix everything well.
  • We heat the oil in a frying pan, put sesame seeds in it, stir quickly and pour the resulting mixture onto the cucumbers, mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Note

Why "cunning"? These are cucumbers, which, despite the daily inspection of the lashes, still manage to hide and almost have time to overripe. Salted - too big, just like that - I don't want to. And cut into a salad - the very thing!
