Meat with vegetables in Polaris Floris

Ingredients

meat 400 gr.
potatoes 500 gr.
carrots, onions 2 large
pumpkin 300-400 gr.
salt, ground pepper taste
garlic 2-3 teeth

Cooking method

  • Prepare the ingredients: cut the meat into small pieces, add the onion cut in half rings to it, salt, pepper, you can sprinkle with lemon juice - let it stand for a long time.
  • Vegetables: cut carrots and pumpkin into cubes, potatoes into large pieces (I like it better).
  • Pour a little sunflower oil into the bowl of m / cooking (1 tablespoon. Bed), turn on the FRYING mode and fry the meat and onions (with the lid closed) for 25 minutes.
  • Then turn off m / w, put the BAKING mode, add carrots and pumpkin.
  • After 10 minutes, pour out the potatoes, mix, close the lid and cook for 30 minutes (see your m / cooking). Disconnect, let the dish brew.
  • It goes well with pickles.
  • Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

1 hour-1 hour 10 minutes

Cooking program:

frying, baking

Note

if necessary, add a little water (I did not add at all, since the meat gave juice, and the pumpkin too). If necessary, you can stir more often so that it does not burn, although I did it well.

Great recipe.
I cooked a similar dish in the oven, very tasty with pumpkin. And the potato turns out to be a beautiful yellowish color. In addition, it does not take on a gray tint when it cools down. Especially if the pumpkin is rich orange.

It's true pumpkin rules! So I think if you try this dish right in a small pumpkin, bake it in m / v
